TEMPTATION (The challenges of the journey of faith)

THE CHALLENGES OF THE JOURNEY OF FAITH

In the journey of serving God and believing in Him, there will be challenges. Serving God doesn't mean that everything will be smooth. There are many things that will come against and attack you on every side.

Temptation, is one of these things that will always come your way as a christian. (Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivers him out of them all. Psalms 34.19) Consider your present challenges as temptation, remember Job in the Bible, God let the enemy tempt him to see his faith. Don't give up there is a future beyond your present situation, there are promotions and blessings after now. Just like Job in the Bible, he knew his promotion will come after all the challenges.

Most often, temptation is the move of the enemy and his agents to shake your faith, to distract you from your focus and your confidence in God.  It might look like God is not answering or that God is not aware of your troubles or that He seems to be silent He wants to see how big your faith is and He will reward you accordingly. Don't give up.

Temptation comes so that people around you will doubt if you truly serve God. Don't listen to the comments of brothers and friends around, stay focused. temptation comes to steal your attention and when this happens, you will have doubts and feel the pressures of life are all on you. God is not a liar, HE IS A COVENANT KEEPING GOD. Don't stagger, focus and stand firm and put your faith in God.The glory of your future shall be greater than the glory of your past. (The glory of the latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts Haggai 2.9).

Never ever surrender to temptation, it is a temporal condition, consider it as a stepping stone. Don't mind that the trials have been prolonged because when God begins to answer, His intervention will surprise you. (When the LORD shall turn again the captivity of Zion, we shall be like those that dream. Psalm 126.1)

Remember, the bigger your challenges, the bigger your blessings.
Those who witnessed your embarrassment will embrace you in celebration and those who carry the news of your frustration shall carry the news of your GREATNESS.
Don't give up!
Have a great week guys and only let positivity in.

I love the AND LEAD US NOT INTO TEMPTATION part of the Lords prayer.

Cheers
