Happy mothers day!!!

My Sweetest mama, I love you!!!
Mothers are always on Stand-by mode.
Thank u for showing me the setting sun for the first time in my life.
Thank u for housing my lil frogs.
Thank u for the excitement of being alive.
Thank u for teaching me the Lords prayer even when i mumbled with words.
Thank u for 'try hard. Work hard. And if u can't do it, turn attention to something else' saved a lot of heartache.
Thank u for never saying 'I told u so'
Well - not often.
Thank u for always being there.
Available at all hours for advice on coughs, spelling, good books, stains, friends, using libraries, crossword clues.
ET AL.
Mothers can dry your tears down a telephone.
A mother has the magic glue that sticks the broken pieces together.
A mothers love is like tensile steel than feathers.
Mothers love is the fuel that enables a normal human being to do the impossible.
Mother love doesn't give a damn about ur looks. She thinks u are beautiful, anyway.
Mother love is the most elastic thing on earth - can be stretched too far.
They worry.
Mothers live in perpetual terror of fire and flood and lonely roads, of evil men and lunatic drivers, of failing brakes etc. They only let it show abt 3o'clock in the morning.
Mothers don't really have premonitions. They have been over every possible eventuality so often - both good and ill - that whatever happens to u, they've rehearsed it.
Mothers are inclined to worry. All the time. Thanks, for not letting it show too much.
I love it when u re excited and pleased bc i had a success and i love it even more when u still think i'm wonderful when i've fallen flat on my face.
Thanks for not telling me off in public.
U always got me home before u let me have it.
Thanks for being there when i've been unbelievably stupid
, for telling me what a fool i ve been in a variety of well considered phrases. And then put it behind and sort out what has to be done.
Thanks for not giving up on me. u were the only one who didn't.
I know if i turned up on the doorstep in the middle of the night, soaked through, with all my bags and speechless with tears you'd just say, 'oh love, come right in'. (lets hope it will never come to that). But its nice to know.
THANK U...
-for enduring the unendurable
-for making something out of nothing.
-for giving when ur pockets were empty.
-for loving us when we were unlovable.
-for doing the impossible with a smile.
-for giving me ur complete attention when i explained calculus to u.(lol)
Thank u for earning the money to raise me.
Thank u for meeting me at the school gate.
Thank u for dealing with that horrible boy.
Thank u for putting raisins in my lunch box.
Thank u for explaining take away and multiplying.
Thank u for making mumps not too bad at all.
Thank u for always being there when i need you.
And for surprises too.
THANKS TO ALL MOTHERS..
...who made hard times seem good times.
...who faked their portions at dinner so that everyone else got a lil more.
...who said go ahead and finish it all - they didn't really fancy ice-cream.
...who sang us home in the rain.
...who shared our chickenpox.
...who managed to smile when we ran a fever just before they were due to go out for their birthday treat by daddy.
...who cried only a lil.
...who let us have our own opinions - just as long as we knew why.
...who let us grow up and fly free.
The years have changed us, but brought us closer.
Mother, tell me, how the hell you cope???! I am proud of u, of what u do.
I love u for what u are.
I am so excited... I don't know how u fitted me in.
But u did.
And still do.
Ur life is so full, and yet I know that, always, always, There is room for Me.
